MANDATORY SKILL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM REPORT Mandatory skill development programme day 4 took place at SCAD Polytechnic College. All the departments conducted skill training in the morning and afternoon sessions. Skill training is given to the students to improve their efficiency and skills. The required skills that the companies expect are given to students to increase placements. Eight skill coordinators took the initiative and conducted the programmes without fail.
