SCAD Polytechnic College reopened for II and III year students today (12/06/2023). The classes were also started for lateral entry (direct II-year entry) students. An orientation programme was arranged for the newcomers on this day, and it was attended by their parents also. The principal, Mr. J. Monimaran, addressed the students and the gatherings; he advised the students to behave properly on campus, study well, and try for the best placement opportunities. He also introduced each head of the department to everyone. Ms. Anitha, HOD/CSE, gave the detailed instructions and rules to be followed by each student, and she advised everyone to have moral conduct on campus. After the orientation programme, every student went to their department and attended the classes.
